Systemöversikt
Mötet körs i deltagarens webbläsare med WebRTC, utan separat installation. Compodiums videoplattform hanterar mötesstyrning samt ljud, video och skärmdelning. Åtkomst sker genom produktens webbgränssnitt eller via en integration i kundens egen tjänst.

Autentiseringsmetoder är inte automatiskt gemensamma för alla produkter. Deltagarantal, möteslängd och tillgång till exempelvis inspelning bestäms av produkt och avtal.
Webbläsare och utrustning

Nätverk och brandvägg
Anslutningarna initieras från deltagarens enhet. Tillåt svarstrafik och kontrollera att brandvägg eller proxy inte blockerar WebSocket- eller TURN-trafik.

Bandbreddsbehovet varierar med antalet samtidiga videoströmmar, skärmdelning och antal möten på samma internetanslutning. Dimensionera både upp- och nedström med marginal och prova ett representativt möte. Paketförlust, fördröjning och variation i fördröjningen påverkar också kvaliteten. Compodium kan hjälpa till med dimensionering för den planerade användningen.
Kryptering och datahantering
Webbtrafik och mötesstyrning använder HTTPS respektive säkra WebSocket-anslutningar (WSS), som skyddas under överföring med TLS.
Ljud, video och skärmdelning skyddas under överföring med WebRTC:s DTLS-SRTP. DTLS används för att etablera krypteringsnycklar. SRTP använder nycklarna för att kryptera medietrafiken och skydda den mot manipulation.
Skilj på direktsänd medietrafik, lagrade konto- och mötesuppgifter och eventuella inspelningar. Lagringsplats, lagringstid och hantering av tillval ska framgå av det aktuella tjänsteavtalet och personuppgiftsbiträdesavtalet. Specifikationen anger inte en gemensam lagringstid för alla fyra produkter.
Integration och drift
Embedded kan integreras med API och iframe. Kunden behöver tillåta relevanta kamera-, mikrofon- och skärmdelningsbehörigheter i inbäddningen och följa guidens regler för kommunikation mellan sidan och mötet.
Compodium förvaltar molntjänsten. Kunden ansvarar för klientutrustning, lokala behörigheter och nätverksåtkomst. Tillgänglighetsnivå, support och eventuella särskilda driftkrav följer avtalet. Aktuellt driftläge visas på Service status.

These products use a shared video platform. This specification describes the meeting technology and customer connectivity requirements. Features, authentication and capacity limits depend on the product, configuration and agreement.
System overview
Meetings run in the participant's browser using WebRTC, without a separate installation. The Compodium video platform handles meeting control, audio, video and screen sharing. Access is through the product's web interface or an integration in the customer's own service.

Authentication methods are not automatically shared across products. Participant limits, meeting duration and access to features such as recording depend on the product and agreement.
Browsers and equipment

Audio and video

Network and firewall
Connections are initiated from the participant's device. Allow return traffic and check that firewalls or proxies do not block WebSocket or TURN traffic.

Bandwidth requirements vary with simultaneous video streams, screen sharing and the number of meetings sharing an internet connection. Size both upload and download capacity with headroom and test a representative meeting. Packet loss, latency and variation in latency also affect quality. Compodium can help size connectivity for the intended usage.
Encryption and data handling
Web traffic and meeting control use HTTPS and secure WebSocket connections (WSS), protected in transit with TLS.
Audio, video and screen sharing are protected in transit with WebRTC's DTLS-SRTP. DTLS establishes the encryption keys. SRTP uses those keys to encrypt media traffic and protect it against tampering.
Distinguish live media traffic from stored account and meeting information and any recordings. Storage location, retention and the handling of optional features must be specified in the applicable service agreement and data processing agreement. This specification does not set a common retention period for all four products.
Integration and operation
Embedded supports integration through the API and iframe. The customer needs to grant the relevant camera, microphone and screen sharing permissions in the embedding and follow the guide's rules for communication between the page and the meeting.
Compodium manages the cloud service. The customer is responsible for client equipment, local permissions and network access. Availability commitments, support and any specific hosting requirements follow the agreement. Current operational information is available on Service status.
